Visit Woodlynde

There is no better way to assess whether Woodlynde is the right school for your child than by coming for a visit to our beautiful suburban Philadelphia campus. The school offers 10 Open Houses a year. Private visits and tours may be scheduled through our Admissions Office. If you decide Woodlynde is the school that you want your child to attend, our Admissions Office will discuss next steps, including receipt of recent testing, a formal application, and a day-long student visit for your child.

Open Houses

Open Houses are held on the second Tuesday of the month beginning in October and running through May. An additional Open House may be held in July. The Open House program includes:

  • Welcome by the Head of School, Amy L. Clemons
  • An overview of the admissions process
  • Tours guided by Student Ambassadors
  • Q & A sessions with Division Heads, Parent Ambassadors, and Student Ambassadors

Open Houses provide both a general overview and a chance to ask specific questions about any aspect of Woodlynde School, including those related to how well we will meet your student's needs and interests. The Head of School, Division Heads, Admissions staff, and Student and Parent Ambassadors are all available for informal conversations after the Q&A sessions conclude.
