Woodlynde's Visual Arts program offers a nurturing and inspiring environment where students can explore their creative potential.
With access to state-of-the-art equipment and materials, students are guided by passionate and skilled instructors who provide personalized attention, helping each student develop their unique artistic voice. The program emphasizes a hands-on, experiential approach to learning, allowing students to experiment with various techniques and mediums, from painting and drawing to sculpting and pottery.
Regular exhibitions and showcases give students the opportunity to present their work to the school community, fostering a sense of pride and accomplishment.

Art Major and Portfolio
Woodlynde has two certified art teachers who incorporate history and art appreciation into each lesson. Students who wish to pursue art after graduation may choose to be an art major during their senior year to focus on portfolio presentation.
