Use Your PA Tax Liability
What is Pennsylvania EITC/OSTC?
When a business or special purpose entity (SPE) provides a qualifying contribution to The Woodlynde Scholarship Fund through the EITC or OSTC programs, that business/SPE may receive tax credits of 75% for a one-year gift or 90% if a business/SPE agrees to provide the same contribution for two consecutive years.
Pennsylvania's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program allows qualified Pennsylvania businesses and individuals to fulfill their state tax burden while supporting financial aid and scholarships at Woodlynde.

The tax credit program allows businesses or individuals with a state tax liability of $3,500 or higher to maximize their giving to Woodlynde School and receive a 90% tax credit for their donation. For example, if a business or individual makes a donation of $3,500, $3,150 can be used as credits against state taxes.
Your donation directly benefits students on tuition assistance at Woodlynde.
We encourage you to reach out to Shauna Betof P '27, Chief Advancement Officer, for more information on how to get involved and support Woodlynde students.
