Woodlynde School Appoints New Board Member


During the January Board of Trustees Meeting, Judge Vincent Johnson was elected to the Woodlynde School Board of Trustees.



Judge Johnson graduated Cum Laude from Morehouse College and received his JD from Temple University. After 20 years in private practice, Judge Johnson served as Judge, Court of Common Pleas; Judge, Family Court Division; and currently serves as Judge in the Criminal and Civil Court Divisions of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Judge Johnson has held numerous board roles, including serving as Governor of the American Judges Association, President-Elect of the American Judges Foundation, and member of the Board of Directors of the Grand Old Gospel Fellowship, Inc. An ordained minister, Judge Johnson is also the father of a Woodlynde student, Class of 2020.

Woodlynde School is a private, co-ed college prep day school located in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that serves intelligent, talented students with learning differences in grades K - 12. Woodlynde School also offers a post-graduate (PG) program in partnership with Rosemont College as well as a regional Summer Camp for students who learn differently.
