The Woodlynde community has exceptionally positive things to say about Mrs. Clemons, the newly hired Head of School.

“Her overall caring nature and warm disposition will allow her to be comfortable talking with the faculty and Woodlynde families,” said Ms. Ball, who has had a multitude of interactions with Mrs. Clemons because she is the learning specialist for Mrs. Clemons’s son, senior Hayden Clemons.

“I believe her understanding of how students learn differently and the mission of Woodlynde School will allow her to make informed decisions,” Ms. Ball said.

Senior Annie Bryant had a chance to talk to Mrs. Clemons, and said, “She was really nice and caring.”

Annie is excited for Mrs. Clemons to become Head of School, “even though it's my last year and I won’t really get to see the things she is doing. But I’m sure she’ll do well.”

Assistant Head of School Mrs. Shank is delighted that Mrs. Clemons has been hired, saying, “I do believe that Mrs. Clemons will not only provide us with a vision to help the school continually grow, but [she will also] have the expertise to be able to provide us with good guidance.”
