Your support makes the difference

Woodlynde School is an independent school, which makes us responsible for generating our own income. As a 501(c)(3)non-profit, tuition alone does not cover school costs and the remainder must be acquired through philanthropy.

The Annual Fund for Woodlynde
This is by far the school's most critical fundraising program — it is the first place to which any gift to the school should be made, and it is the school's largest source of contributed income. Remember, Woodlyne charges a tuition rate that is FAR LESS than the actual cost of a Woodlynde education. The Annual Fund for Woodlynde helps make up this difference, and donors may allocate their gifts to a particular area of interest, including Academic Programs, Arts, Athletics, Campus Improvement, Social-Emotional Learning, Student Life, Technology,  and the General Fund.

Restricted Funds
Each year Woodlynde secures restricted funds for The Teachers Retirement Fund, The Special Project Fund, and The Woodlynde Endowment Fund as well as for The Woodlynde Scholarship Fund.
