You cannot put a price on instilling such a sense of confidence and belief in one's ability to be successful!

After very disappointing experiences in Catholic and public schools, we arrived for a tour of Woodlynde feeling pretty worn out and desperate. We came in the summer for the tour, and even without seeing students and teachers at work, I knew almost immediately that we had found the right place. Grace had always been such a bubbly, confident girl, and we were starting to see glimpses of defeat and rejection. Thankfully, within about two weeks of starting 5th grade at Woodlynde, we had a daughter who was happy and excited about learning and going to school each day.

Grace is a senior now and preparing for college next year. Keeping her at Woodlynde all this time has been a sacrifice for our family, but I tell people again and again that you cannot put a price on instilling such a sense of confidence and belief in one's ability to be successful! She is such a joy and to see her evolve into this self-reliant young woman has just been amazing. We are so grateful to the Woodlynde community for providing such a warm, compassionate, and supportive learning environment!
