DSM

DSM – The DSM stands for the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, currently in the fifth edition, with its text revised (often written as DSM-5-TR). This is a manual constructed by the American Psychiatric Association, which sets out criteria for psychiatric and psychological disorders. Many medical and psychological evaluations will include the DSM diagnostic code along with the diagnosis name.
