Below are examples of L.E.A.D. Socials, Day and Overnight Trips, and Leadership and Volunteerism Opportunities that may be offered throughout the school year. Clubs are subject to change from year to year.

Comics and Gaming Club
Students read, discuss, draw, and share comics, manga, and anime. They share information on upcoming conventions and associated cosplay as well as discuss favorite authors, artists, and characters.
Creative Writing Club
Students bring their works of poetry, short stories, narratives, and other pieces of creative writing to share with other members. Students learn to express themselves through the written word.
Fiber Arts Club
Students learn knitting, crocheting, and embroidery basics as well as how to read simple patterns to create basic projects.
Fitness Club
Students learn how to safely use the Fitness Center and create workout regimens specific to their needs and goals.
Horseback Riding Club
Students are driven to and from Thorncroft Equestrian Center in Malvern. Each student learns how to prepare their horse for the lesson. The students are divided into two groups: one for beginning riders and one for advanced riders.
Outdoors Club
Outdoors Club offers students the opportunity to explore and experience the world outside of our classrooms. The group takes monthly hiking trips, kayaking adventures, stargazing excursions, and more!
Running Club
Running Club provides a safe and enjoyable environment for students to experience a supervised exercise and athletic session that focuses on proper running techniques and strategies for endurance. Runners complete an outdoor 3.1 mile course.

Buddy Program
The Buddy Program pairs older students with FOUNDATIONS and Lower School students and engages them in joint activities throughout the school year.
National Honor Society
Members are selected by a faculty committee and induction ceremonies are held in the fall and the spring. Membership is open to juniors and seniors with a GPA of 3.2 or above and who excel in the areas of character, leadership, and service.
Upper School Student Council
Elected by their classmates, student council representatives meet once every six days with the group's faculty advisors to discuss any issues their classmates have brought to them and ideas for the Upper School.
Woodlynde Service Brigade
The Service Brigade performs community service at a variety of locations during the school year.
Woodlynde School is a private, co-ed college prep day school located in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that serves intelligent, talented students with learning differences in grades K - 12. Woodlynde provides a comprehensive, evidence-based Kindergarten, elementary, middle and high school program in a challenging yet nurturing environment for students with average to above average cognitive abilities (IQ) who have language- or math-based learning differences (such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia or Dyscalculia), Executive Function Challenges, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or Auditory Processing Disorder. Even for those students without a diagnosed learning disability (LD), Woodlynde offers expert and caring teachers in small classroom settings that support academic success. Woodlynde School also offers a post-graduate (PG) program in partnership with Rosemont College as well as a regional Summer Camp for students who learn differently.
