Summer Camp

Woodlynde School Summer Camp is a four-week program that welcomes current Woodlynde students and students from area public, private, and parochial schools entering grades K-10. With days divided between Academic Mornings and Adventurous Afternoons, Woodlynde School Summer Camp blends small group instruction from our own educational experts with arts, activities, and outings to create a summer experience that lasts a lifetime.

Academic Mornings K-5

Joyful, engaging classrooms led by highly-trained teachers at Woodlynde School Summer Camp will grow confidence and a sense of belonging in your student. K-5 learners build and reinforce reading and writing skills with the Wilson Reading System®, and math is made meaningful (and fun!) through multi-sensory, participatory activities that engage eyes and ears, hands and feet.

Differentiated Instruction

Woodlynde School Summer Camp places a premium on meeting every student where they are in their academic, social-emotional, and physical development. Whether your student is a youngster taking part in show-and-tell or a teen learning to work with assistive technology, their experience in Woodlynde’s responsive classrooms promises to maximize growth and promote self-advocacy.

Woodlynde School Summer Camp is led and staffed by the same teachers, learning specialists, and counselors who have made Woodlynde the region’s leading college preparatory school for students who learn differently.
