For nearly fifty years, we have led the charge in helping students who learn differently to experience education in transformative ways. Whether through structured literacy, Universal Design for Learning, experiential education, or learning to become self-advocates, our students grow exponentially because of the great work their teachers do for and with them each day.
Workplace Camaraderie
In addition, and partially because of the great work we do here, our faculty and staff (“The Colleagues”) are collegial and share a common joy for, and thus are bonded by, the work of supporting great students who learn differently.
Last year, we hosted a colleague golf outing the day after our faculty work week where faculty and staff were able to celebrate a great year together.
